Vacuum Packaging

There are certain food products like Thepla, Paratha, Roti, Pooranpoli, batata/potato vada, samosa etc. which are not feasible for dehydration. To enhance its shelf-life we pack them in co-polymer pouches, which limits the permeability of moisture and Oxygen into the pack. Moreover, all the air from the pack is evacuated so that the product has no spoiling environment inside. This helps to retain products mentioned above, stay fresh for varying time frame of 8 days to 6 months depending on the food item, if kept below 5^o C and kept away from direct sunlight.
